What would be best for UV protection in our declining ozone years?
Would a light amber be best since that would block blue, UVB,
and perhaps UVA, assuming the UV400 coating and meeting the
ANSI specs at a minimum?
I am thinking that an amber tinted glasses would help keep the
pupils smaller than the usual darkest grey sunglasses so less
light would be entering.
Or are the darkest grey glasses the best since they block the
most, including blue light?
Currently I just use my regular glasses which have UV400 since
I think the opening is smallest with these.
But started thinking about ultra-violet and the blue light near
the ultra-violet end of the spectrum.
Ideas please.
