Bleeding eye after Shingles

Two and a half years ago, a relative had shingles next to her left eye, followed by neuralgia. Eye treatment was started immediately together
with shingles treatment. That eye never recovered and Herpes Zoster Vasculitis has been diagnosed. Despite continual treatment, that eye has
had pain, redness, burning, and, later on, bleeding (monthly to weekly), bloating. Use of eye drops for treatment has led to cataract surgery
and addition of eye drops for lowering eye pressure. No alternative treatment has been available.

Conjunctival Hemorrhage has been diagnosed for the eye bleeding, but no cause or treatment has been available.

We would appreciate any information for either of the above items.
