NAC eyedrops for cataracts

Have there been any recent studies on this?  The most recent stuff I’ve
read is several years old, still referencing questionable studies.

How to prevent long legs according to the Otis principle

Buy a wheelchair for your youngster and try to avoid tension on your
youngster’s bones.
Don’t let your youngster walk.

Buy some bifocals for your youngster and try to avoid accommodation in
the eyes of your youngster.
Don’t let your youngster viewing nearby.

Both advises above are crazy and not natural but this is what Otis meant
when he speaks of preventing of getting myopic which even isn’t there at
that moment.

Blood shot eye

I’ve had this problem for a few years where my right eye gets blood
shot in one particular spot, then it gets better on its own after a
few minutes or hours. I can’t tell what causes it (doesn’t seem to be
exercise) and it doesn’t affect my vision. Is this OK or does it mean
anything in particular?

The relationships between OPTOMETRIST and OPHTHALMOLOGISTS.

I’ve always wondered about this one.  Although they are in a similar
arena, their jobs are very different.

I was wondering about the relationship between these two
professionals.  For instance, are there a lot of OPTHALMOLOGISTS that
think they know it all and act as if they are superior in some ways to
an OPTOMETRIST?  Or…  is it more often than not a situation where
there’s a healthy respect between the two?

And lastly…  is there really much interaction between the two on a
professional level?

Thanks in advance

First oder from Zenni

I just received my first order ever from Zenni optical. They were
bifocal glasses in a plastic frame. Everything seems to be in order.

The only possible problem I think I may have is with the PD, and it has
nothing to dow with how Zenni did their job. I have very low central
vision in my left eye. As a consequence, my left eye turned out. When it
came to ordering, I just measured the distance between the pupils from a
photograph showing a metric scale as well as my eyes. I did not know if
any compensation for the left eye. It seems to be ok.
